No Milk Please

Today, I had a meeting with Madonna P. who is one of the people who will be "replacing" my function when I leave. We had a long discussion about all the open issues that still needed to be addressed. As I talked with her and the consultant who was supporting the group, I really find that she has no clue what to do. She has no idea how to implement anything, all she does is to bring problems to the table. She cannot form solutions based on the business problems. Ugh. Good luck to her.
