I finished reading The Sandman: Endless Nights. I thought it was decent. I enjoyed most of the stories. The best one was the Death story, followed by the Dream story. I think that the Delerium story was intriguing, it was a little bit like an TV cop show. The Destruction and Desire stories were a little light and the Destiny story was non-existent.

I would probably still rate Alan Moore higher than Neil Gaiman at this point. In a way, I automatically buy whatever these guys produce, and in general, they follow through. I suppose most people will create the occasional dud. Alan Moore's Promethea series was pretty slow for about a year, but seems to be picking up plot-wise.
